It's easier than it sounds
To send flowers to someone in Alicante from abroad you don't need a Spanish card, you don't need Spanish, you don't even need an exact address. WhatsApp plus the recipient's name and phone is enough.
Step 1. Message us
WhatsApp works from any country. Write in English, Spanish or Russian — we reply within minutes during Alicante hours (10:00–20:00 CET).
Helpful to send up front:
- Recipient's name and phone in Spain. - Address, or at least neighbourhood/hotel (if you don't know exactly, we'll help find it). - Date and preferred time window. - Rough budget (from €45 for a floral arrangement). - The occasion and a couple of lines about the person — it helps us pick the palette.
Step 2. We confirm bouquet and time
We send 2–3 options in your budget, tell you what's freshest this week, and lock an exact time window. For a surprise we can reach the recipient ourselves «under a pretext» to confirm the address.
Step 3. Paying without a Spanish card
We accept:
- **Any country's card** via a secure link (Stripe). - **PayPal** if you already have an account. - **Bank transfer** — SEPA within the EU, SWIFT from elsewhere. - **Apple Pay / Google Pay** through the same link.
You pay in your own currency — the gateway handles conversion.
Step 4. Photo before delivery
Once the bouquet is finished, we send you a photo before the courier leaves. If you want to change anything you have a 15–20 minute window.
Step 5. Delivery confirmation
When the courier hands the bouquet over we send a short «delivered». On request, a photo of the recipient with the bouquet (with their permission).
What if no one answers
The courier tries to call 2–3 times. If no answer:
1. We contact the concierge (hotel, apartment) or a neighbour. 2. Leave with the concierge with handover instructions. 3. As a last resort, return to the studio and redeliver in another window agreed with you — no extra charge.
You're informed at every step on WhatsApp.
Anonymous delivery
If you want it to stay a surprise, we leave the sender field blank or write whatever you ask. If the recipient asks «from whom?», we say: «order received, the name is kept private».
How long?
- **Within Alicante:** same day if confirmed before 17:00. - **Costa Blanca:** Benidorm/Altea 3–5 hours; Jávea/Dénia needs a wider window, sometimes next day.
