This page is maintained by the Brisalta Flowers team (Alicante, Spain) and explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you place an order or message us and how we handle it. It is not an independent certification.

What we collect
To fulfill your order we need: your name, phone and/or email, the recipient's name, phone and address (or area), and an optional card message. Card data is processed by the payment provider — we do not store it.
How we use it
Only to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about changes, and issue an invoice on request. We do not sell data. We share it only with the courier handling delivery and the strictly necessary technical providers (payment, hosting, notifications).
Retention
Order data is kept for the period required by Spanish tax law. WhatsApp/Telegram conversations are kept while operationally useful and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@brisalta.flowers. We respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to work and, when active, aggregated analytics (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel) to understand catalog usage. We do not build individual profiles.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments go through certified providers. Admin access is restricted to authenticated accounts.
