Payment & delivery
Everything you need to know before ordering: how to pay, when the bouquet arrives and how delivery is calculated.
Payment methods
Card (Visa, Mastercard) through our bank's secure gateway, Bizum and bank transfer. You can also pay by cash or card at our atelier on Calle Cienfuegos 7. We never store your card data — it is processed directly by the bank.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when the order is confirmed. If any detail depends on the flowers available that day, the florist confirms it with you on WhatsApp before charging.
Delivery times
Standard: 1 working day. Same-day delivery: on request — we check whether an urgent assembly is possible during working hours; same-day rush assembly carries a €15 supplement. We work every day, 10:00–20:00.
Delivery cost
Delivery is paid separately from the bouquet. The florist calculates the exact amount once the address is confirmed, because it depends on the zone (Alicante city, Playa de San Juan, El Campello, Benidorm, Altea, Torrevieja, Valencia and the rest of the Costa Blanca).
Photo before delivery
Before the courier leaves we send you a real photo of the bouquet on WhatsApp. If something is off, we adjust it before it goes out.
If the recipient is not there
We try to reach them by phone. If delivery is impossible, the bouquet is kept at the atelier for 24 hours. A second attempt or an address change may involve an extra courier fee.
Invoice
We issue VAT invoices for individuals and companies. Ask on WhatsApp or at hola@brisalta.flowers with your billing details.
