Do you deliver today?
Yes, on request. We check whether we can assemble the bouquet urgently during working hours; same-day rush assembly carries a €15 supplement. The standard lead time is 1 working day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is paid separately and depends on the zone. The florist tells you the exact amount as soon as the address is confirmed. Full details on the payment & delivery page.
How can I pay?
Card through our bank's secure gateway, Bizum, bank transfer or payment at the atelier. You are charged when the order is confirmed.
Can I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Yes. We send a real photo on WhatsApp before the courier leaves, so you can approve it or ask for an adjustment.
Can I choose specific flowers?
You can share preferences, colours and flowers to avoid. We work with fresh market flowers, so if something did not arrive that day we propose an equivalent before assembling.
Can I order anonymously or add a message?
Yes. You can include a card with a personal message and, if you prefer, we keep the sender anonymous until you say otherwise.
How long do the flowers last?
Between 5 and 10 days depending on the variety and care. Change the water every 2 days, trim the stems diagonally and keep the bouquet away from direct sun and air conditioning.
Can I change the address or the date?
Yes, as long as the bouquet has not been assembled. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. An address change once the courier is out may involve an extra fee.
Do you offer gift cards and subscriptions?
Yes. You can buy a gift card or a recurring flower subscription on the website.
What if the bouquet arrives in poor condition?
Message us within 24 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you. Details are in the returns policy.
