Terms & conditions
Terms of sale applying to orders placed on brisalta.flowers and via WhatsApp. Last updated: August 2026.
Company
Brisalta Flores · Calle Cienfuegos 7, local 1, 03002 Alicante, Spain · hola@brisalta.flowers · WhatsApp +34 614 09 82 93. Hours: every day, 10:00–20:00 (Madrid time).
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm — by WhatsApp, email or on the site — that we can prepare and deliver it on the requested date. We may decline an order if the flowers are unavailable or the address falls outside our delivery area.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery is not included in the bouquet price and is confirmed once the address is known. Seasonal prices may change; the price confirmed on your order is the one that applies.
Payment
We accept cards via our bank's secure gateway, Bizum, bank transfer and payment at the atelier. The order is prepared once payment is confirmed or another arrangement is expressly agreed. We do not store card data.
Delivery
Standard lead time: 1 working day. Same-day delivery on request, with a €15 rush supplement. Time windows are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather or issues at the recipient's address. If the recipient is absent, the bouquet is held at the atelier for 24 hours and a second attempt may be charged.
Flower substitution
We work with fresh market flowers. If a specific variety is unavailable, we substitute one of equivalent value and style, keeping the agreed palette and size. We notify you in advance when the change is significant.
Catalogue photos
Photos are indicative: every bouquet is made by hand, so stems, tones and arrangement may differ from the image.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery window, provided the bouquet has not been prepared. Quality issues, replacements and refunds are governed by our returns policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third parties (external couriers, building access, incorrect address details).
Personal data
Data processing is described on our privacy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of Alicante have jurisdiction.
